You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, clean, and returned with all original packaging and components. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, reshipment, or refund at no additional cost to you.
