No. OURI is created for beginners. The guide stickers and videos are designed to help you follow each movement more clearly and confidently.

Yes. Our stones are made with natural white jade, so each piece may have subtle variations in color, texture, or veining.

No. Natural stone materials may vary slightly in tone, texture, and pattern. These variations are normal and make each piece unique.

Clean the tool with mild soap and water after use, then dry it with a soft cloth. For the Flow Comb, avoid soaking it for long periods and keep it away from humid environments.

Store your tool in a clean, dry place. Avoid dropping stone tools, as natural stone may chip or break.

Inspect the comb before use and do not use it if it is cracked, splintered, chipped, warped, or rough.

Scan the QR code included with your product to watch the guided ritual videos. You can access the video by scanning the QR code. You can also find the video link on your order page.

You can visit our website and access the ritual page connected to your product. We recommend saving a photo of your QR code after receiving your package.

At this time, the videos are designed for online viewing. This helps us keep the ritual content updated and easy to access. The guided videos are for personal use only. Please do not copy, repost, sell, or redistribute them.

Place the mirror guide sticker on your bathroom mirror or another smooth surface. Follow the illustrated flow while using your tool.

No. The sticker is designed to help you learn the flow. Once you feel familiar with the ritual, you can follow the movements from memory.

Use light to moderate pressure. The ritual should feel comfortable and soothing, not painful.

For facial rituals, we recommend applying a facial oil, serum, or moisturizer first to help the tool glide smoothly. For body rituals, use body oil or lotion if needed.

OURI is designed for gentle daily care, but everyone’s skin is different. Skin responses vary. Begin with very light pressure and stop if you experience discomfort, irritation, or unusual redness.

Avoid using the tool on broken skin, irritated skin, active inflammation, recent injections, sunburn, bruises, or areas that feel painful.

If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether gua sha or massage is suitable for you, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

We currently ship to the United States, the Philippines, and Thailand. We will be open to more areas as soon as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, clean, and returned with all original packaging and components. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Please contact us before sending anything back.
