Place the mirror guide on your bathroom mirror or another smooth surface where you get ready. It keeps the movement path visible as you follow the ritual and can be removed when needed.
Yes. Each tool is shaped with different edges or contact points for different care moments. Follow the guided video for the recommended areas and movements.
Use light pressure and move slowly. The ritual should feel gentle and comfortable. Stop using the tool if you feel discomfort.
You can return to the ritual whenever it fits your routine. Start slowly and choose the care path that feels right for your day.
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, clean, and returned with all original packaging and components. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, reshipment, or refund at no additional cost to you.
